In this role, you will be responsible for providing analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making at both the market and channel levels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
You will lead the deployment of the Category Strategy and manage engagement with retail partners to drive execution and growth. Developing compelling trade narratives to support customer engagement and assisting in setting performance targets for the sales team will be key aspects of the role.
Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with retail contacts across markets to drive distribution growth.
You will also oversee the development and reporting of multi-year internal business growth plans, keeping key stakeholders informed on performance and identifying opportunities for continued success.
